Courier Service

• We are currently only using Tara Couriers who have the capacity to service the entire island.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed throughout the day and marked to be shipped as soon as possible and once payments have cleared (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
• Weekend delivery is only available to the following areas: Kingston, Spanish Town, Portmore.
• Orders placed on holidays will be processed the following business day.
• You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

• Free Shipping is currently available on orders.

International Shipping

• We do not ship outside of Jamaica at this moment

Shipping Methods

We offer a range of shipping methods to meet your needs:

• Free Next Day Shipping: Delivered before 5:00 PM the next day.
• Free Weekend Shipping (Kingston, Spanish Town, Portmore): Delivered before 5:00 PM.
• Free Same Day Shipping: Delivered the same day if order is placed and/or funds have cleared before 10:00 AM that day.
• Shipping method availability may vary depending on your location.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
• You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or directory on Tara’s website (https://taracan.com).
